Refund policy

Because each rug is handmade at Wolf Rugz, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. However, if your rug arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us at wolfrugzsupport@gmail.com within three days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the rug. We will make it right!
