All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing at any time.

Payments must be completed in full before orders are processed.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and delivery unless otherwise stated.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Wolf Rugz LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom, handmade nature of our products.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at:
